Returns

You can shop with confidence knowing we have a no questions asked 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase for a full refund.

Directions for General Returns -- Call our customer service department at 253-517-5970 or email us at customerservice@thesilkeffect.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

PLEASE NOTE: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.

Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your name, address, phone number and RMA number. Your account will be credited with a full refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
